Easy Ways To Speed Up Your Morning Breakfast Routine

If you are always running late to work because you take too long to make breakfast, then you need to organize yourself and make a better plan. Granola Instead of Oatmeal

If you're someone who eats oatmeal, but find that cooking it takes too long (and you're not someone who likes the instant oatmeal) then you should consider switching to granola cereal. It's a bit healthier and more filling than your average cereal, but it has the same convenience. You can get granola from health stores and mix in extra nuts such as walnuts, pecans, or almonds. This will boost the protein content and also give you extra antioxidants. The granola can be kept in a storage container, and then you just serve it up like cereal and add milk or water or soymilk. It's got protein, fiber, and vitamins and is much faster than doing stove-top oatmeal.

Pre-Cut Fruit

If you like fruit, but don't have the time to slice and dice pineapples, apples, bananas, or other fruit, then simplify the situation by simply buying a container of pre-cut fruit. This is a great way to stay healthy and not be annoyed by the cleanup time required when cutting up fresh fruit. You can just open the container and dump in what you want into your plate, instead of cutting and having to dispose of the scraps.

K-Cups for Extra Convenience

If you are a coffee drinker, then a really fast way to save time is to get a machine that uses k-cups. This way you can brew yourself a single cup of coffee and then not have to worry about coffee grinds, filters, or anything else that takes up time when you are making a regular pot of coffee.
